Nick Arnold at MinistryAllies.com put out this free resource for youth workers. It’s full of great ideas that will be especially helpful for volunteers.
There are three things I love about it:
1. It’s a compilation of ideas from several youth workers
2. It’s free
3. It’s a great example of youth workers helping each other which is why this blog exists
